Weld-In Pin Bushings

4140 Annealed Weld-In Bushings for 40-80mm Pin Sizes

These bushings allow a fabricator to create their own attachment points on equipment, such as excavators or anything that uses pins.

Dimensions for the bushings are listed on the third picture.  The 4" bushing is 1 5/8" wide, allowing easy setup on 5/8" plate ears.  This allows for a 1" interior standoff from the plate. The 6" bushing is 2.5" wide and is designed for 1" plate ears.  This allows for 1.5" interior standoff from the plate.  Obviously, you can use other thicknesses, just change your standoff distance.

Bushings are sold INDIVIDUALLY due to the customer nature of most projects.  Bushings are built to order, so please allow 3-5 business days before shipping.  If you require them faster, please contact me at apocfab@gmail.com.

Customers with line-boring equipment are encouraged to order a size 5mm less than your target pin diameter.  This will allow you to true up the bore with your equipment once the ears are welded.  

0.250" pin chamfers allow the customer to weld the pins into the ears.  This is an economical option for equipment with quick attach or pin grabber couplers.

Induction Hardened Chrome Pins for setup and final assembly are available on a custom order basis.  I carry 40-80mm pins in stock.
