FAE Mulching Head Door Hydraulic Cylinder Guard

The BL1 and BL2 Mulching heads designed for excavators are a great tool for forestry maintenance. Unfortunately, the hoses for the mulching door are open to damage from branches and other environmental hazards.

This guard is designed to bolt right to your mulching head and protect the costly hydraulic hoses with 1/4" plate steel. Simply remove the upper pin of the hydraulic cylinder and replace with the provided M20 bolt. Swing the guard down to capture the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder in the pinch clamp using two M12 bolts.
