Track derailment is greatly reduced by the track frame bridges spanning the track chain. The rock guards have a 10* tilt built into the design to allow track flotation and articulation without prematurely wearing the guards. The track frame bridges and lower wear plates will be shipped jig welded with FCAW-G (Dual Shield) wire welding.
